Dear Motti,

My name is Joyce Fried. My husband Aryeh and I participated in the organized trip of Shai bar Ilan that travelled to  India and Nepal from February 5th until the 21st, 2019.

The trip was excellent and I am writing this letter in order to give special thanks and appreciation to Yuki Binyamini, our tour guide. He was excellent, very professional, extremely knowledgeable, a wonderful, caring person who took care of every person’s needs on the trip, from the smallest detail  to the largest challenges. We were privileged to be on the tour with him.

His guidance enabled our trip to India to reach a deeper level of understanding,  and in that way, he gave our ‘journey’ to India much more meaning.

We usually prefer traveling on our own and not in a group, but this trip worked out perfectly because of Yuki’s efforts, personality and excellent organizational skills. I would definitely go on another organized trip, but only with Yuki!  He took care of all the details so that all we had to do was to enjoy ourselves. He is an asset to your company.
